Dears,
We have a UCCX installed and it is working fine, what i want is that when all of my agents are busy the outside calling user hangs up after some time, when continuosly listening the greeting " all are agents are busy" i want to know the caller so that my agents should call them back.
How can i achieve.

You should look into implementing "courtesy callback", you can search the Contact center forum for some examples as this requires custom scripting.
