Missing CDR in CUCM 7.X

hi,

Am pulling out CDR data from cucm but its not having till current date selected.It gives the data till some days back.Have enabled all the services, CDR flag under enterprise service but data is incomplete.Learnt that its happening in two stage ie CDR to CAR then its getting converted into database folder.But i have selected continous loading 24/7.Not able to understand the problem why the data is incomplete ?

Any help is appreciated.

how much memo did you dedicate to the logging function ?

CDR are only keept for 7days.

there is a MAX CDR that the router is able to keep.

can you use an other CDR and compare...
