I have a CUCM 188.8.131.5200-26 with a remote site with 8 analog lines. The local Gateway is a C2900 with IOS version Version 15.0(1)M4, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). Also, the site telephones are Cisco 6921. When an inbound call is received on the gateway, all CLID info is in place. name and number show up correct as seen on a debug. However, when the call is transferred to the actual physical set, the CLID info is Unknown Caller.
Any suggestions as to why the set is not receiving the CLID info?
