We are using Call Manager version 18.104.22.16800-11. The problem which we faing is that for any extension when we fetch CDRs , we get the reports but some information is missing. That is if the user has made outgoing calls for 10 times , we get report only for 5 calls .Same is happening for incoming calls as well.
This is happening for almost all extensions.
We are also getting warning messages as below:
