Mobile Connect


I facing a problem in Mobile Connect.

I am calling Phone A from Phone B. Simulataneously Phone C (Mobile Phone )configured as a remote phone rings. I pick up the Mobile Phone and answer the call. At this point of time i can able to see the Red LeD in the Phone A line. Now when i hang up the call in mobile phone i should be able to pickup the call using the Resume Softkey in Phone A. Unfortunately i am not seeing the Resume softkey. Also the line gets disconnected in the Phone A.

In the softkey template during hold state only we can see the Resume Keys.

My ccm version is 6.0

Please let me know the solution.

Hi Rob,

apart from the specified command do we need to configure progress indicator setup enable 3 command also.

Thanks a lot for your input. I have see many of your replies earlier. It has been a very good learning experience for me. I will implement your solution and let you know.

The URL points to the "overall" list of topics in IP Telephony (as always !!).

May I know what is the command to be entered?

And if MOH is really a requirement? Or even there is no MOH, the desk phone still can pick up after mobile hangs up?
