Mobile remote access question on phone configuration

Hello

We recently have been testing mobile remote access, MRA, for some of our users and have run into an odd situation.  When we add an additional DN to a telephone and that phone is taken home and connected via MRA, the 2nd line on the phone will not ring or flash as any call activity.  It can have calls made out on it, but cannot receive calls.  The main line on the phone works fine.

We've been told by Cisco that this is not able to be done, we are at 10.5.  Will any further versions take care of this issue?

Has anyone else had to deal with the same issue, and if so do you have a workaround?

What you're looking for, requires CUCM 11.5

We are on CM 11.5 and are experiencing this same problem

11.5(SU2), not just 11.5 is required.
