Mobile Voice Access (MVA) - two stage dialing

Hi All,

we have setup MVA. I am able to enable/disable mobility connect when dial from PSTN to gateway.  But when I choose option 1 to make outbound call, it is totally silent and don't see call coming fom CUCM to gateway. Here is the capture from CUCM:

Hi,

Please follow this procedure to make the outbound call:

PIN

#

1

#

Phone Number

#

It is important that you press # after the phone number.

Otherwise, it waits for the inter-digit time-out (silence) and the call hangs up.

Let me know if this doesn't work.

Thanks for the reply. I've pressed # at the end but still it is silent

here is steps:

dial MVA DID --> enter PIN --> press 1 --> dial 919492261450 --> press # --> silent --> i run "debug isdn q931" and haven't seen any call coming from CUCM to gateway.

this is kind of urgent and very appreciate if you can help me out to resolve this issue.

1. detailed call manager traces

2. debug ccapi inout from the router.

3. Show run from the router.
