Mobile voice access not reponding

Luis Rodriguez

Hi,

I have setup MVA correctly on one site, after a few months, the call just comes into the voice gateway and then it drops, I have already setup the following:

1- Media Resources --> Mobile voice access number

2- Service parameters --> Mobile voice access number and mobile voice access is enabled

3- The partition that the number has is the correct one

4- On the voice gateway I have the following config:

dial-peer voice XXXX voip

destination-pattern 2938

session target ipv4:CUCM pub IP

voice-class codec 1

voice-class h323 1

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

no vad

dial-peer voice XXXX pots

service ccm

incoming called-number 2938

no digit-strip

direct-inward-dial

service CCM http://<CUCM pub IP>:8080/ccmivr/pages/IVRMainpage.vxml

I have opened a TAC case but they are not sure where the problem is and the h323 config is fine because the rest of the calls are working correctly.

Thanks

Hi

1- Did you check the registeration for your application , by do: show  call application voice ccm.

2- When you do a call did you hear the welcome message?. when the call drop?.Make sure that your mobile voice access is enbaled on service parameters

3- for the voip dial-peer if your internale dial-plans starts with 2XXX , so you do not need this specified  voip dial-peer for MVA?.Because for sure you have already have other VOIP dial-peer for your internal ext 2XXX.

Thank you

Hi Islam,

2- When you do a call did you hear the welcome message?. when the call drop?

I don`t hear the welcome message the call stays active and silent for about 2 seconds and then it just drops

3- for the voip dial-peer if your internale dial-plans starts with 2XXX , so you do not need this specified voip dial-peer for MVA?. correct I just setup this dial peer to make sure I have the specific number on a dial peer

Thanks

Hi

Can you please share with me the "show call application voice summary" command ?. Maybe there are a problem on the VXML when your router is trying to open the VXML application.

Thank you

Hi,

If it's possible then please share "debug voice ccapi inout" & "debug voice dialpeer" separately.

Also share your running config of VG.
