Mobility Manager - unable to pick up of desk phone

Hi.

I have a very strange problem with CMM 1.2.4 and CM 5.1.2: when a user is enabled for Mobility Manager and his/her mobile phone is turned off, the user is absolutely unable to pick up any incoming calls on the desk phone. Call goes red and directly into the company VM.

Does somebody had a similar situation and maybe some advice on which timers on the CMM I have to work?
