I need steps for mobility connect feature on CM6, I have followed the standard guide but keep getting the error

Not a valid mobile phone user

When I select the mobility softkey?????

Hi,

you probably forget to configure the "Owner User ID" field in the device phone configuration. Try to add a user in that field and the issue should be solved.

That was exactly my issue also

The problem is due to known defect :

CSCsg64857    You are not a valid Mobile Phone user Displayed with Mobility softkey
