Mobility Manager1.2 - how works the mobile voice access?

No MM prompt when dial 8104 from internal IP phone in the following confiugration. Advise please.

MM1.2--CCM5.0--VG(MGCP)--PSTN(Cell)

-MM IP@=10.2.10.18

-CCM, h323 gateway=10.2.10.18

-CCM, router pattern=81xx(gateway=10.2.10.18)

-MM, mobile voice access ID=8104

-works okay dialing IP and Cell properly but don't know how access the moble voice access ID from IP phone.
