I have a Cisco device with a V.90 modem in it that is trying to connect to a device through the PSTN. It is going through an MGCP gateway that has "mgcp modem passthrough voip mode nse" configured on it. The voice gateway is a 3845 using IOS 12.4(13f). Any suggestions? Could it have something to do with the modem trying to connect at a speed that the gateway won't permit?
