I have a Cisco 7911 phone model, registered on an external pbx (no call manager) I have full access to this pbx. My problem is that the Cisco is registered on pbx in a right way, it works perfectly but when I put a call in hold mode the other part doesn't heard nothing: there isn't a music on hold. I would like to put a music on hold, but I'm not an expert of cisco devices and I don't know how realize this. Could you help me? I can upload here my *.xml configuration file.
