MOH does not work

Hi!

We are using CCM 4.1 with MOH enabled, the MOH feature was work fine in last month, however, now when the user press on the hold button on the phone the other side silence. There is no TOH (Tone on Hold) also. We have checked the MOH Server is registerd and enabled, Media Resource Group/List & Audi Sources are selected. We also tried disable the MOH by select none on audio sources. The TOH is still doesn't appear. Does anybody expirenced the same problem before? Appreciated if you can help, thanks!

did u hardcode the MRGL of moh server and the Audio Sources to the initiator IP phone as a test?

Finally, I reset the device pool and it works fine now. Thanks! majdi-harb.
