MOH is Not working while on conference

MOH is Not working while on conference. for both on net and off net calls.

Cisco Unified Communication Manager Version 8.5.1

we have already enabled below:

CallManager Admnistration page--> Service Parameters, select Cisco  CallManager--> Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - General).

"Suppress MOH to Conf. Bridge Flag". Set it to "true".

kindly help us to esolve this issue.

So, what is not working? Do you hear or do not hear MOH on conference as setting the parameter to true will not play it which is normally desired.

What type of confernece is it?

I believe you are correct. Setting that option to True will suppress MOH while on a conference call. Setting it to False will enable MOH while on a conference.

OP, I'm not sure why you would want to enable MOH while on a conference call. It is more of an irritant than tool during conferences.
