Hi NetPro's,
Cisco CallManager 7
Cisco Attendant Console
Cisco IP Phones 7965
I have a problem with Cisco Attendant Console, when the ac user tries to do a transfer or consult transfer the call, the caller should hear music on hold but here no music is played. But if the AC user transfers the call directly from the ip phone, the MoH is played.
Is there any setting that I need to look into for Music on Hold for Attendant Consoles?

forgot to mention, the MoH resources are located in the head office connected via an MPLS link and am using the old version of Attendant Console (not ARC)

Dont worry fellas, we figured out how to do it.
Under AC logon > Settings > Advanced, select "Hold whilst Dial-pad is active".
