Hello,
I have the following output, as you can see the Incoming Interface is blank, my H323 binding is configured in the Loopback1. I also have the problem is, the customer has no T1 trunk, his using fxo ports for incoming and outgoing calls, when i call from out the PSTN and he puts me on hold I don't hear the music, but between internal users they can hear the audio.
Thanks

Verify MoH is bound to an interface... "ccm-manager music-on-hold bind Loopback#"
The MoH file exists on the router?
Verify you have the statement in the call-manager-fallback portion of the config:
"multicast moh 239.1.1.1 port ##### route x.x.x.x x.x.x.x"
Also, if you have uploaded, or changed the moh file in anyway before first disabling MoH you will have to restart the router to allow MoH to function properly.
