Monitor CUCM 10.x queue stats

Hello,

 

With CUCM 10.x and hunt pilots with native queueing, are there any mechanisms to monitor realtime queue statistics (queue depth, agents logged into a hunt group, abandoned calls, etc).  Similar to a UCCX wallboard?  

 

Can attendant console do this?  Prime Collaboration Assurance?  Third party tools?

No, AC also does not provide

No, AC also does not provide this, if you're looking for that kind of data, you probably want to go with UCCX
