Monitor FXO port from 7960 phone

Hi All

we are using a ccm5.1 and 2821 router with 3 fxo cards ,we are using all the 12 ports ,now the requirement is that all 12 lines to be monitored by the on 7914 module of the 7960 phone.if any users is using the line 1 for example ,in the reception phone( in 7914 module)that line should be in busy mode

(in 7914 light should be green colour).

Hi Karthik,

Not sure what is the current deployment but in 5.1 we dont have a feature to monitor FXO Ports, I can think in assign those FXO ports as private lines for the users, so every FXO port correspond to 1 DN, so we can monitor with BLF that Directoriy number if in use, an in FXO use PLAR to that DN in CUCM
