Monitoring IP Phone Device State

Hi,

I want to get some idea if any of you knows how to monitor individual IP Phone? I know attendant console may be one tool to do such job. But I want to check if any programmable package we can use to collect such information (i.e. JTAPI, etc?). Would like to some idea from expert out there. Thank you!

p.s. current environment is CCM 4.13 (4 sub/1 pub cluster) and IPCC Enterprise 7.0 with 7961 IP Phones.
