It looks like the last release for 1.2 is 188.8.131.52 released in 2007.
We still have a few customers running the 184.108.40.206 version released in December 2008. These are all running OK with no issues.
It looks like it is a different license for the version 2 software so you would have to get a new license from Cisco to upgrade. As this is now all end of life/end of sale you could have some problems.
The only option would be to upgrade to the full Meetingplace which is the WebEx version and a lot of people don't like it as its not an on-premises solution.
Has your system been working for sometime. Is this crashing a recent problem. I see you mention a "Root file system is 90%% full0" It lost a little bit of information there but you could check that your file system is not filling up with logs.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
