We have plenty of Audio ports (150) but, not so many (25) Web ports. Is there anyway to borrow 40 Audio Ports so that Web could increase the number of Web ports? We are having problems setting up meetings because the web ports are being used up. By default 4 Audio and 4 Web ports are being used everything a user schedules a meeting. Once all the Web ports are reserved for those hours then no more meeting can be setup. I know if the users change the meeting type to an audio meeting only they that could still have a conference but, they will not do that. Then we have all these reoccurring meetings that may be wasting Web licenses as well. The company does not want to spend money on licenses so that is why I am asking these questions. How much are Web Licenses for MPE?
