MPLS QOS - Call Control Delay

We recently added a remote site to our CCM and the call control seems to be delayed about 1-2 seconds before audio starts. I have verified that the QOS is being passed all the way to the routers serial interface.

But on the router I am seeing packets matching CS3 and AF31 is this normal?

(Switches are set for trust DSCP for CCM and Router)

On the MPLS network they are expecting precedence 3, what is the recommended method of marking this traffic for call control?

Re: MPLS QOS - Call Control Delay

Found the Problem.

This was due to outside NAT application rewrite:

FIX:

no ip nat service skinny tcp port 2000

Re: MPLS QOS - Call Control Delay

Andrew, the CS3 and AF31 traffic you're seeing is you're signalling traffic. CS3 is the same as IP Precedence 3.

Regards.
