Could multiple "attempt transfer--result fast--busy"  be the result of a MTP failure?

our error logs are showing "resource not available" but it is not telling us what resource.

Hi Tracee,

Yes, it could be because of MTP allocation failure as MTP is needed for supplementary functions like hold, transfer etc. However, for a complete picture corresponding traces or debugs and complete call flow is needed.

Tracee,

it could be MTP, it could be music on hold as well.  Does the phone that is doing the transfer, have a devicepool with MOH and MTP rersources in it?  and also are these resources registered?

can you tell us, if this is an extenal call that you are trying to transfer?   does it work internally?

To get a better idea what resource it is failing on, run a detailed trace at the time of your call
