i'm going to assume this is for CUCM as you don't mention anything of what products you're using

multitenant design is based simply on using CSS and partitions to separate each company, there's nothing more to it on CUCM.

PT1/CSS1 for company 1

PT2/CSS2 for company 2

PT3/CSS3 for company 3
