multicast moh on Cisco 8961

Hello,

I've got a c2921 with cme 9.1, a lot of sccp phones and 3 8961 sip phones. I've configured multicast moh under telephony service and everything works in all scenarios except when the 8961 is the holdee and an sccp phone is the holder. I can't hear any music on 8961.

I've loaded the latest firmware

Here is the relevant config

I'm not sure if this would make a difference but have you restarted the 8961?

I had just to reset the phone. Everything works now!

I too have an 8961 configured

I too have an 8961 configured with MOH running on CUCM 7.15. If I call an outside number and place the call on hold, the held caller hears music. (works as expected)

 If I call a call manager SCCP device and place the call on hold the held caller doesn't hear anything.

(Not expected)

 

 I've reset, restarted, reprogrammed, powered off...No change

 If the sccp device places me on hold, then I hear their programmed hold music. (Works as expected)

 

So there's something else going on more than just a simple reboot...
