Multiple call-waiting tones on CUACEE

Hello, we recently installed CUACEE v.9.0.1.20 and have received reports from the operators that the "beeping" tone to let them know another call is in the queue while they are on a call, is beeping for every call in the queue.

For example, a call comes in, the console rings, the operator answers. When a second call comes in, there is a tone, then a third call, another tone, fourth call etc.

- Is there supposed to be a tone for every call as opposed to one tone to let the operator know there are other calls waiting to be answered?

- Is there any way to switch the call waiting tone off completely? On the console, you can untick the box "Play a ring tone when a call is waiting in the queue" but this disables the ringing for any calls that come into the queue, even when the operator is not on a call, i.e, she hears no ringing sound.
