Hello, we recently installed CUACEE v.126.96.36.199 and have received reports from the operators that the "beeping" tone to let them know another call is in the queue while they are on a call, is beeping for every call in the queue.
For example, a call comes in, the console rings, the operator answers. When a second call comes in, there is a tone, then a third call, another tone, fourth call etc.
- Is there supposed to be a tone for every call as opposed to one tone to let the operator know there are other calls waiting to be answered?
- Is there any way to switch the call waiting tone off completely? On the console, you can untick the box "Play a ring tone when a call is waiting in the queue" but this disables the ringing for any calls that come into the queue, even when the operator is not on a call, i.e, she hears no ringing sound.
