Multiple calls to same hunt list member UCM 5.1.3

Hi all,

Our admin is using UCM 5-1-3 and has created a Hunt List with the Following Members:

Hunt Member User Line 1

Hunt Member User Line 2

He has upped the Total Call count on both lines to 10 and the busy trigger to 10 in an effort to force the Pilot point to deliver more than one call to each users Line.

Right now if there is one call on both Users phones, the next call gets a busy signal.

Is this working as designed or is this not working? We also tried creating a list of:

Hunt Member User Line 1

Hunt Member User Line 2

Hunt Member User Line 1

Hunt Member User Line 2

But this did not get 2 calls delivered to either user, we still got a busy once both users had 1 call active.

Hi Joshua,

Can you please clarify if this is an AC Hunt (kind of sounds like it) or a Pilot Point/Hunt List/Line Group config?
