Multiple identical dial-peers for each phone

Could anyone offer an explanation as to why each phone that registers creates 3 dial-peers (two of which are the identical E.164 number with different preferences). I understand why there is the dial-peer for the four digit extension and the first full E.164, but not TWO E.164 dial-peers.

I've attached the output of a "show dial-peer voice summary" command.

Nevermind, I get it. The configuration of the secondary number causes the registration. Now I've just got to decide whether or not I need it.
