multisite of UC540 without VPN

Hello,

we have a case where a customer owns 2 hotels that are connected through a cisco secure wireless bridge.

Both hotels are on the same subnet and share resource such as ADSL connections and servers.

But both hotels have their own ISDN Lines for public dialing.

The customer is interested in purchasing 1 UC560 for every hotel they own (2).

Is it able to have a multisite configuration without using VPN devices as both UCs will be on the same network?

Can it be done through the Multisite Manager Software ?

Thank you

Kostas

Yes, the two routers can be connected without VPN when they are on the same network.

No, you cannot use the multisite manager within CCA to do it.

You'll just need to create separate dial-peers to perform the call routing between the two UC5x0s.

Make sure to follow the CCA OOB guide when making the changes.
