Dear all,
I have a problem about Music on Hold. I succeed to translate an .wav audio source and make it into use. I put them into Network Hold and User Hold audio source of every user. It seems to work at the beginning, but in a month after I deploy it, I have several complains that the music did not play. It happens to all the users that use that audio source and after I restart the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming Application service, everything back to normal. In a month, I have to restart the service two or three times. Should I change the audio source ? If yes, what kind of audio source that can solve my problem.

Which CCM version?
Multicast MOH or Unicast MOH ?

CCM 4.1 and it's unicast.

May seem a silly Q, but have you checked your codecs are set correctly for g711 in the region settings?
