Music On Hold With CCM Bus Manger 612

Hi,

I am having a problem with Music on Hold on CCM 6.1.2 Business Manager edition. When I select SampleMOH under the Phone, Device Profile or Common device configuration, it does not work. I just get the double beep noise, which indicates that MOH is not selected. Has anyone come across this problem before? Am i missing something on this new version of ccm?

Did you configure MOH server with and placed it under MRG --> MRGL --> Device Pool?
