Hello Experts...sorry to creat new Discussion on Music on Hold.....coz i coudnt find ans for my probem in any previous Discussions.
We have 3node cluster CUCM 8.0, i configured MOH perfectly and it was working fine till last week...when i check this week its not working....i re-checked all the things...like Media list,group,source file,MOH server,Device Pool,GW,service parameters,enterprise para...and restarted services,MOH server,phones.....but no luck....when i put hold on net calls and off net calls it hear beep, beep means its not configured...but i checked all things which i have to....so experts please i need your assistance to make it work....let me know what i am missing and what more i have check and restart....any thing i have to check at Gateway router or add any cmds....thank you...Let me know if you need more info about configuration...Looking forward for experts belssings..
