Muting a presentation audio system when Cisco IP phone rings
I have a customer who wants me to investigate the possibility of trying to âmuteâ a presentation audio system when their 7971 IP phone rings.
The AMX system is on their LAN and is able to monitor data for the correct information apparently. Config/setup of the AMX isnt part of my brief I just need to set up an IP trigger to the AMX when a call comes into the phone.
