I am having a strange problem with Mobile Voice Access. I have configured my mobile phone as remote destination. As usual, when I call the mobile voice access number, it will ask for a PIN. I use "123456" as my PIN. But when I insert my PIN, the system refuses my PIN by saying that my PIN is not recognized.
To make sure, I do a trace on MVA. The trace shows me that the system receives my PIN but it is separated into three different attempts ("12", "34", and "56"). It didn't collect my whole PIN (123456) before matching it to the system.
For your information, this problem occurs on some mobile phone providers only. On some other mobile phone providers, it can collect my PIN correctly.
