Hello,

I try to settup MVA (Mobile Voice Access) with hairpinning on a CUCM 8.6.

When I dial, I got the women saying "Welcome on Cisco Unified Communication Manager ......" --> OK

But the problem comes when I dial my remote destination, example:

     - I would like to dial 00798542635

     - it dials 0000779988554422663355

I don't understand what happens.

I join log file comming from the gateway with command "debug voip application digitcollect".

In the log file, I tried to dial "005" and I had "000055".

Please help me.

Hi,

Are you using an MGCP gateway ?

If so can you add the following line of config.

mgcp dtmf-relay voip codec all mode out-of-band

save config and reset gateway.

retest
