MWI is not working for some users UnityConnection ver 9.1
We have completed a CUCM migration from version ver 7 to a virtualized CUCM version 9.1
All Voice Mail users has been configured on new Unity Connection 9.1.
All users are enable to receive/access their voice mails ( including on their emails, because we integated our unity Conection to their exchange 2010 server).
BUT on some users MWI is not turning ON!!!
We have verified that their DN has access to our MWI-ON and MWI-OFF numbers, and when we dial them we turn ON/OFF this MWI.
We have verified on Unity's user configuration that these problematic users have MWI enabled.
We have checked on Unity_Publisher that "Connection Notifier" service is running, but on Unity_Subscriber this "Connection Notifier" service IS NOT running, and we are unable to start it ( I suppose we can not do it).
Do you have any idea about the cause of this problem???
