I'm having a bit of a problem with some users finding that the MWI on their phone isn't lighting up when they have a voicemail. The users all seem to be limited to one particular partition/css. However, it has only stopped working in the last couple of days and as far as I'm aware nothing in the setup has changed.
Additionally, if they ring the MWI on/off extensions, the light comes on and off fine. Any ideas?
What type of Unity are you using?
On the CCM the MWI ON and OFF are configured correct? On the Unity the MWI ON and OFF are the same numbers

I think your issue may be down to the Unity VM ports CSS not being able to
see the phones partition
Good suggestion. As it turned out, the CSS for the unity ports did not include the partition with the phones. However, I have rectified this and it is still not working
Do I need to restart anything to see the change?
Calling from an IP Phone MWI On/Off numbers, does the light work?
