Dears ,
I found no phones is showing the MWI indication when new meassages arrive.
please anyone help me in trouble shooting the issue

Hi,
Can you please try to dial 8000 followed by the extension of the user, for example 80001186. This will turn on MWI on extension 1186 (user Waqas). To turn it off dial 80011186. Let me know what is the outcome.

i tried on 1186 the mwi is working
but i am trying on 1166 it is not working

Can you try this and re-test afterwards.
In CME:
sip-ua
mwi-server ipv4:192.168.10.254 expires 3600 port 5060 transport udp unsolicited
In CUE:
ccn subsystem sip
mwi sip unsolicited
end subsystem

Please try below
@caures:- i think IP address you specified is not correct
CME:-
sip-ua
mwi-sever ipv4:192.168.10.253 unsolicited
CUE:-
ccn subsystem sip
mwi sip unsolicited
Then save the config in CUE and check. If it doesn't work then try reloading CUE in non-service affecting hours.

its still the same, the issue is still but for some phones
like extension 1166, 1234

can you please confirm couple of things,
1) are you receive new message on on extn 1166 (is it only the MWI is not working)?
2) Are there any previous message was there on the extn 166? if yes try delete all the message and leave a new message and then check.
3) if above are ok then try run debug ccsip messages and post the same.
