MWI on CUE with Call Manager

Hi,

I am having NM-CUE 2.3 with Call Manager 4.2(3).

How to I enable MWI for voice mail users ?

What all configuration steps do I need to do in Call Manager as well as in CUE ?

Hi Manu,

Since this is a JTAPI integration no need to configure MWI on|off numbers.

Make sure the CSS of the CTI ports contains the partition where the DN of the IP Phones reside.
