My 7965 won't connect to the CUCM through a phone proxy

Hello,

I have been having an issue with an IP phone at a users house, his phone was working up until 2 weeks ago.

I'm not sure why it stopped working but when I brought it into the office and plugged it into the same network as the CUCM it worked fine.

So I sent it back to him and it gave him the same issue as before.

Also, I am not the one who configured this network, I inherited it from the consultants before me who didn't leave any documentation on how to configure the phones to connect through the proxy.

I ran some debugs on the ASA and it shows the phone trying to connect but after 5 minutes it times out and goes through the same cycle.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
