NAT one way audio

I am trying to use NAT in my network, one side office phones are behind the NAT and are registered perfectly fine with the CCM, but when i dialed the number call established perfectly fine, but after that i cannot hear and other side can hear me clearly.

You would need to look into using SCCP Inspect (transversal) over NAT.
