Need help in hardware choice

Hello!

We have deployed VoIP 2 years ago. It is CCME 3.1 based on 2811 router and 34 phones - 7912G.

Now we want to expand the number of phones, so what solution we need to minimize migration tasks and keep old (34 ) phones in use?

I see this solving:

CISCO3845-CCME/K9 3845 Voice Bundle w/ PVDM2-64,FL-CCME-240,SP Serv,64F/256D

What interface card I need to channelize this voice gateway with our PBX (E1)?

Will it support 7912G phones and what new phones of the same class we need to buy ?

Hi, you need VWIC-MFT-1E1 or VWIC2-MFT-1E1/T1 to connect the PBX.

Suggest you upgrade to like 12.4(11)XJ4 that is CME 4.1, does many more things and does them better, in short is a big step ahead. It will support any phone model you want including the latest 79x2 and 79x5, even if the CLI doesn't mention them (that is coming out now).
