Need help on configuration of unity calls

Hi. I have a DID number. i want to configure it in such way that, as soon as the user from outside hit this DID number, it should go to UNITY server directly and get the unity server message, Welcome .....

how to configure it where to configure it.

Hello,

Program the DID as a CTI route point, and call-forward all to voicemail on the DN that you assigned to the CTI route point.

In Unity, program the number as subscriber mailbox, call handler, or whatever you choose to point this number to.

Or if you just want to send the call to the Unity opening greeting, just make the CTI route point, assign the DID as the DN, and call-forward all to vm.
