check this on the GW config on CUCM

Display IE Delivery

do a debug isdn q931 to confirm you're sending the information. if you're but the other side does not get it, reach your telco, some of them offer this service for a monthly fee and not for free.

Re: Need help on displaying the company name in outgoing call

In CCM we dont have an option for sending all calls using a single name (Obviously unless you configure same name for every single phone, and we dont want that_)

Telco needs to change their name in the Line Information Database (LIDB). Calling

name lookup is done by the End Office PSTN that delivers the call. So please follow javas 2nd option

Re: Need help on displaying the company name in outgoing call

In Callmanager 5 and 6 cant you use the Alerting Name and the Ascii Alerting name to control what goes outbound. So for internal use the persons name and on the outbound use a company name.

Or is this available yet..

Re: Need help on displaying the company name in outgoing call

hi,

I thought station-id name may help in case you've fxo but it seems it won't. see below from cisco.com.

Configure the station name on FXS voice ports connected to user telephone sets. This sets the Caller-ID information for on-net calls originated by the FXS port. You can also configure the station name on an FXO port of a router for which incoming Caller ID from the PSTN subscriber line is expected. In this case, if no Caller-ID information is included on the incoming PSTN call, the call recipient receives the information configured on the FXO port instead. If the PSTN subscriber line does provide Caller-ID information, this information is used and the configured station name is ignored.

thanks,
