i would like to set Forward No Answer External - No Answer Ring Duration for calls already being forwarded. To further explain, we have three numbers:
Number1 - External caller
Number2 - MainOffice
Number3 - EndUser (Forward No Answer External and Internal set to Number2)
Number2 receives a call from Number1, and redirects the call to Number3. The no answer internal set on Number3 kicks in effect and after set time period and redirects the call back to Number2. So far so good.
The problem is that internal calls also use the same setting, so after no answer internal time period is reached when making internal calls they are also redirected to main office.
Is there a way to differenciate these calls, so that external calls forwarded from Number2 to Number3 would respond to Forward No Answer External setting?
Needless to say that calls being made from external numbers to end users follow the Forward No Answer External setting correctly.

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
