Need help troubleshooting feature activation on VG224 gateway
One of my clients has a fax machine (using an analog port, of course) that they wish to forward to another fax machine when the toner runs low and they don't yet have a replacement. In the Cisco documentation, it states that I should be able to dial **1 to activate the CFA feature (**1 then wait for tone and then enter the number to forward) and **2 to deactivate the CFA. When I try this it does not work. I'd like to see what the gateway is seeing. Is there a debug command I can issue while logged into the gateway to see what's going on when **1 is entered at the fax machine?
