Need help with 7925 (MLPP??)

We have an application that rings a 7925 for urgent calls. The 7925 has 2 lines, however if line 1 is in use the phoen does not ring (as designed not too). So, what the client wants is to have the incoming call trump the existing call, either boot it or play a continuous tone until answered. Is this possible in CUCM 7.1(3)? Is there any other way to hanlde this?

Can MLPP help with this?

The call coming in on line 2 is important and the standard beep is not enough for them.

MLPP is almost certainly more trouble than it is worth for this. I would suggest just setting the Ring Setting (Phone Active) on the second Directory Number of the phone to Ring. This will cause the second line to still ring (you can customize the ring tone per line) even if the first line is active.
