Need Help with "AnsweredWithinServiceLevel" Fields

Hi,

I make some call's statistic for my CallCenter. I need , from the table Termination_Call_Detail, determine the number of calls in Service level and In no SL. The Fields "AnsweredWithinServiceLevel" seems to be nice but he always set "N" but i know that the calls i see are in sl. 

 

How can i use this fields (what do i configure for to use it in order determine Calls In SL ? )

Why are you looking for this

Why are you looking for this in Termination_Call_Detail? It would be much more straightforward to get that count form the "ServiceLevelCalls" statistic in Call_Type_Half_Hour.

were you able to find a solution so TCD SL? Customer requirement needs to know on a call by call basis the SL.
