need to change our CTI route points

We want to be able to change our 4 digit CTI route points to 5 digit route points. What are the steps for doing this. What else should we be aware of. There is a time setting for dialing 4 digits and if you don't put the 5th digit it will automatically ring the 4 digits which we need to keep in mind.

You may need to recreate them.

Or use BAT export them, the delete them and then reimported them but now modified.

If using IPCC this imply chaging IPCC side as well.
